Enchanted Chihuahuas Deposit Agreement

Once you have made your final decision on purchasing a Chihuahua from Enchanted Chihuahuas. It is time to place a deposit to secure your purchase. The deposit is non-refundable so make sure you have the correct puppy!

Puppies that are old enough to leave or be shipped are to be paid in full. Once I receive your deposit and this deposit agreement is signed and sent to me, this puppy will no longer be available to future buyers.

If you the buyer should change your mind and decide that you no longer want a puppy, all deposits will be forfeited, You can however transfer your deposit to another available puppy.

Under NO circumstances will a deposit be refunded. Unless this puppy should be found with any defects at the time of inspection by a licensed veterinarian and is considered unfit for sale another puppy may be offered in that puppies place. If you the buyer should decide against another puppy the sellers sole remedy shall be to return all deposits to you the buyer.

The balance of this puppy will have to be paid prior to it going to live with you. If you are not able to pay the balance before the puppy turns 7 weeks old and you have not made prior arrangements with Enchanted Chihuahuas as to when you will be able to pay the balance, Enchanted Chihuahua only option will be to assume you are no longer interested in purchasing this puppy, therefore it will become available to a new owner and all of your deposits will be forfeited.
